Disclaimer

The sender of the email message to which this disclaimer is attached declares that the content of the email message, or any expression of intent expressed in the email message or in previous email communications, is not intended to conclude any contract with the addressee or any third party, unless otherwise expressly stated in the message.

All legal actions of the sender of the email message are merely pre-contractual negotiations, or negotiations for the conclusion of a contract, and not the actual proposal for the conclusion of a contract within the meaning of Section 1731 of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code (hereinafter referred to as the "CC") or the acceptance of an offer within the meaning of Section 1740 of the CC. The sender shall not be liable for the failure to conclude such a contract.

Only offers or acceptances of offers which are expressly marked by the sender of the e-mail message as 'proper', 'binding' or 'final', or which do not raise any doubt as to their binding nature, shall be deemed to be proper offers for the conclusion of a contract within the meaning of Section 1731 CC or acceptances of offers within the meaning of Section 1740 CC.

Acceptance of a proposal to conclude a contract with deviations, additions or the addition of general terms and conditions shall always be considered a new offer to conclude a contract, even if it does not substantially change the original terms and conditions.

The e-mail, including any attachments, is confidential and the recipient is obliged to take care to avoid any misuse or disclosure of the information contained therein. In the event that it is received by a recipient other than the intended recipient, the sender must inform the sender of this fact and delete the e-mail without delay.
