Jan Pauly is a lawyer and an experienced manager specializing in the management of diversified corporate groups. He has spent the last 10 years in senior leadership positions, including the role of CEO, a position he has held continuously since 2017. He gained his experience primarily through managing a holding company structure with 350 employees and annual revenue exceeding 3 billion CZK, among other roles. He is also a lecturer at law schools in Pilsen and Prague, where he has been teaching for 10 years in master’s and LL.M. programs.
